We stand behind every formula we create.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 365 days of your purchase date.
To start a refund request, email us at support@alphadna.co with your:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return (optional)
We will respond within 1–3 business days.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds apply to orders purchased directly from AlphaDNA.co.
- Only one refund per product per customer is allowed.
- In most cases, you can keep the product; however, Alpha DNA™ reserves the right to request a return of unopened bottles depending on the situation.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Returns (If Required)
If a physical return is needed:
- Products must be returned to the address we provide via email.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was due to our error.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alphadna.co.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method,
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
