1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
- Express International: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates do not include customs processing times for international orders.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Total order weight
- Selected shipping method
From time to time, Alpha DNA™ may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order—however, additional shipping fees may apply.
Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Alpha DNA™ is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- Packages stolen after delivery
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@alphadna.co and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- VAT or additional country-specific taxes
These charges vary by country and are not included in product or shipping costs.
Customs processing times may delay delivery beyond our estimated time frames.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some countries may restrict or prohibit the importation of dietary supplements.
Alpha DNA™ is not responsible for orders seized by customs due to local import regulations.
